haven’t written in a long time. haven’t been able to. here’s a quick rundown of what’s changed for me recently:
1.) moved away from Stanford
2.) moved out from living with Katie
3.) moved to Mountain View, living in 2br apt that Katie and I were going to share
4.) I will be moving to my own 1br apt April 1st
there’s a lot of drama and explanations for why all this stuff happened but i’m not going to go into it. arrived at the conclusion that living together was too much too quickly. i need to learn to be more self-reliant, have more space, and figure things out. i also need to live out my dreams from high school, of finishing up college, landing a good job, and spoiling myself for a few years. i’ve hit 2 of 3, now i need to finish up the list.
every evening, after work and before sleeping, i’m going to reflect on the day. no one really reads this site anymore so it’s just for me to have a better grip on what’s going on in my life instead of just letting one day pass like the past as if there were no difference.
looking forward to playing some ball after work with some coworkers and i just got word that my couches are ready to be delivered! whoohoo! that just made my day.
