So yesterday I went to watch the A’s and the Mariners play with Tiff. I dressed light because I figured we would be sitting in the sun and we were… for the whole game. It got to be pretty hot but I was able to manage without getting anything cold to drink, which surprised me.

Gil Meche pitched a helluva game for the M’s, giving up 2 runs in 7 2/3 innings I think, but Hudson stole the show, giving up 1 run in his CG. As Tiffany noted, pitching duels like this one are better on TV than in person, because on TV you can locate the pitches. (and realize that umps can make completely arbitrary calls from time to time)

It was sad to see the M’s continue to lose… they need their first win of the season, and I hope they contend for division leader/wild card spot. I might watch today’s game while cleaning up this apartment that’s been stuck in a messy state for a few days cuz I’m too lazy to finish the last 10% of cleaning and organizing.

what else is new… had lots of japanese food the past few days. went to sushi tomi on thursday and friday for dinner. expensive, but good. i realize i spend way too much money going out… gotta keep that under control.

lots of shit going on at work. next week i’m planning on throwing down 60+ hours. gotta get some shit done in time that no expects it will take me. that’s about all i’m looking forward to this week really… Thursday Katie comes in to town, which will be nice, I’ve been missing her.
