may was a whirlwind month, starting with the end of a road trip down to socal, kicking off my final project to school, going to vegas for a weekend, attending a conference for work, and ending with taking over my project at work.

all in all, it’s been stressful. i’m happy i did everything i did, but it’s been a bit much. i’m looking forward to letting off some steam this weekend and just doing my own thing.

i dropped my car a little bit and threw on some stillen sways so i’ve been enjoying that. i crossed the 5000 mile marker too. it’s hard for me to believe i’ve had it for 7 months now. i don’t regret a thing, though this may be the last time i buy a black car. black is the best color for a car but it requires so much maintainence.

what else? well my project at work was a major train wreck. they put someone in charge of the project management that just didn’t have the experience or knowhow to do the job. i took the lead to try and get us back on track and finally officially got the project lead title. too bad it doesn’t come with a new job title and more money but i’ll be working on changing that this summer.
